It’s Safe to Soften

This space wasn’t born as just a business. It was born from a return.
It was born from my own longing for something softer.

For years, I held it all.
Roles, expectations, the weight of needing “to do.”
Beneath it, I was carrying deep trauma and quietly unraveling.
My own healing has come in waves, slowly, gently and layer by layer.
And I’ve learned that true transformation doesn’t come from rushing or pushing toward a goal.
It comes from the internal.
It comes from returning.

What I craved was a space that felt like exhale. Like truth. Like home.

A sanctuary where sensitive, spiritually curious women like myself can come back to themselves… without pressure, or performance.
Just softness, connection, and the kind of healing that begins with presence, being held in safety + being seen.

This space exists because I needed it once.

Hi, I 'm Sovai

This space was created for women who are ready to release what no longer belongs to them and come home to the truth of who they are. Through Reiki energy healing, soul-led mentorship, and somatic practices, I guide sensitive, spiritually curious women and creatives to reconnect with their intuition, soften their nervous system, and remember the safety and wisdom within their own bodies.

My birth name is Nikki, but my soul name is Sovai Navaeia. A name that came to me as a whisper from the stars, a remembrance of who I’ve always been. I hold space for you to find that same home within yourself… one breath, one soft return at a time.
